Construction Consultant

Olivia Halseth joined Govan Associates as a construction consultant after earning her Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at the University of California, Riverside in June of 2026. She is a certified Engineer-in-Training (EIT) who is experienced in field data collection, data compilation and analysis, and the engineering design process.

As a construction consultant, Ms. Halseth assists in the investigation and evaluation of building systems across a variety of building types. Her work includes documenting destructive testing and visual inspections, analyzing and quantifying claimed defects, performing calculations for structural evaluations, and contributing to the development of repair scopes.
