Architect

 

Brian Taylor is an architect and construction consultant with broad experience in architectural forensics, construction litigation, and design projects. He has experience with a variety of building types, including single and multi-family homes, commercial buildings, and high-rise structures. Consultant work includes evaluating defect claims and cost estimates, participating in and running of destructive testing, providing repair scopes and design work, attending mediations and joint expert meetings, providing deposition testimony, and trial preparation. This work has been performed on behalf of developers, building owners, general contractors, subcontractors, and architects. Design work includes drawing, detailing, and construction administration for numerous high-end, intricate, and harsh-weather projects.

 

Mr. Taylor is a licensed architect in the state of California and is an NCARB Certificate holder. He has a B.A. in Architecture, University of California, Berkeley, 2006
