JASON J. NEWLIN, PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER
Jason J. Newlin is a construction consultant and professional engineer with experience in both construction defect and property loss projects. He graduated from the University of California at Davis with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering/Material Science, with an emphasis on civil structures.
Mr. Newlin has been involved with a number of projects involving construction defect claims on residences, condominiums, hotels and commercial buildings. He has also been involved with claims on civil structures, such as runways and irrigation canals, where his work included engineering analysis, quantity surveying, review of construction techniques and repair recommendations. His responsibilities have included site inspections, claims analysis, cost analysis, detailed quantity surveys and damage assessment. He has experience in the structural analysis and design of both residential and commercial buildings, including the use of computer programs to analyze structural systems. He has been involved in projects involving claims due to earthquake, soil subsidence, tornado, hurricane, fire, water and mold issues. |
